FPS drop (laptop)

It does get hot, what can I do about this.
The only other thing I can think of would be to cap your fps at 60 by opening the game's properties in origin, going to advanced launch options and pasting this in:
+fps_max 60
After checking temperatures, it appears to go to 88 degrees up to 90 degrees while Apex is open.
That's a bit high, the fps cap trick I mentioned earlier might work to keep temps down as a temporary solution, but I would recommend getting your laptop checked out.
