Since the update i have not been able to see, join or send friend requests to friends on other platforms.
I can see all friends on my xbox friends list and searching for EA accounts for PC and PlayStation still says they are friends but not visible to join or invite.
Any solutions?

Yeah me too. Happened today after the update. I can’t even load into a game…thanks EA!!
My friend and I got this error code (on PC) during a rank game today which made the game freeze and close down right when the error occurred. After that, I was able to boot up the game but can't see/invite/add anyone on my friend's list......... **bleep** is so irritating man.
