Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.
Some general troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure all available Windows Updates and hardware driver updates are installed
- Run all hardware (CPU, RAM, GPU) at stock clock speeds

Hello Barry, thank you for your reply but sadly, it is an issue with Apex Legends and not with my machine.
This is now an 100% repro issue. The game may also crash after only a couple minutes in a -match- not while idle in other areas.
The stop code is Memory_Management which basically means that Apex has issues handling my 64 GB. No issues have been observed with 32 GB nor in other games or programs.
To answer your troubleshooting steps,
- All updates are installed, all hardware or software.
- All components are running at standard and no changes have been applied previously.
- All my files are fine.
- Clean boot after each repro.
In conclusion, this looks like an issue caused by Apex Legends.

I continued testing with 32 GB RAM and the issue can no longer be reproduced. The issue occurs only with 64 GB RAM.

I continued testing and 7/10 times the PC freezes at around Round 2, before or right after the ring. That's around 10 mins. Otherwise it crashes either sooner or later.
Temporary solution: I switched my dual channel RAM sticks from slots 2/4 to 3/4 and the issue went away. This is the only thing that allows me keeping 64 GB RAM and play Apex. No freeze observed after more than 45 mins of play time.
As before, the issue could not be replicated in any other circumstances, memory checks went fine, the system has been stress tested to verify if increased loads causes instability. Everything went fine.
