try this.
worked for origin/steam
- go to C:/Windows/System32/drivers
- make a new folder ( doesnt matter ehat the names are)
- cut all files from /drivers to the new folders u just created
- continue for all, if u dont have the permission skip
- open apex
I dont know what cause this annoying issues but at least for now i can play apex after doing all the step above

Can anyone confirm, this seems pretty dangerous to move ALL drivers?
Since the start of S14 i'll have random crashes to desktop with no error posted. no crash txt generated in my documents folder only in at this file path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\Crashpad\db
FPS caps don't appear to work, i've turned off DOCP, PB2 undervolting turned off but the result is the same.
I wouldn't do this if I were any of you.
If I put two and two together in my head, this would cause tons of instabilities due to the system not realizing where anything properly is.
Not entirely sure if true but it's my experienced gut instinct.

This is actually works, and I don't have any problems so far while playing.
OK it's the folder "nvlddmkm-patched" of NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher for monitor overclocking, which is the issue for me.
Hello, the db.rar has included my crashpad since Aug 25th.
I can not move when the game crashes. I do not know why. I try to change the platform from origin to steam. And when I played on steam, the crashing time is lower than on Origin.
If anyone can help me, I will be grateful, I lose a lot of points because of that. Thank you.

The hotfix for now is indeed to move the system32>drivers files, this can mess things up though(my dropbox stopped working etc)
I managed to single the problem down to a file called Tpkd.sys however.
This is the only file I needed to remove to get the game working (make a backup until the game is fixed).
