Game freezes and crashes at match summary screen|STEAM

I just encountered this issue where after a match at the match summary screen if you press continue it freezes the client and after a couple of seconds the game crashes and closes. When you login after the crash it opens in the same screen which repeats the issue. I got the same issue again some days ago, I contacted the support which suggested I remove any launch options. I did and it worked apparently until now that happened again. I have tried repairing, uninstalling-reinstalling, swapping servers, restarting my pc and my internet connection but with no success.

I play on STEAM,PC.
