Game freezes when trying to launch worlds edge.

For some reason when Worlds Edge comes into rotation the game freezes during the loading screen. As soon as Kings Canyon comes around I can play that map but it keeps freezing on worlds Edge? Anyone ...

I did not notice that my video drivers were out of date.
I downloaded the last driver update and now it works fine thank you!

When you have a chance could you grab a DxDiag and share it here so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem, and when I log into the game again I re-enter the match but it crashes again with no error messages. I have tried everything above and it doesn't work.

I have attached my dxdiag screenshots.

Hi @3mrooo.

Can you attach the full text file of the DxDiag, if you don't mind? There is diagnostic information in there which could help shed some light on what might be causing the issue.

    From a quick glance at the file I noticed that your video drivers are from several years ago. Did you roll back your drivers to an earlier version?

  @EA_Kent was there any fix on this cause mine crashed when i finished downloading season 6 i also updated it after it refused to launch WE but it still cant work

    Are you playing on PC? If so, have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that makes any difference? If there's a problem with the game data that might help to correct it.
    
    If you right-click on the game in your Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Give that a shot and see if it helps at all with the freezing issues. Let me know how it goes when you can.
