game is crashing after anticheat ends his check

when i launch an apex, anticheat window is working about 10 seconds, then it turns on apex legends window for an second and crashing out. i tried to reinstall game, play using steam, fix game in ea app, delete drivers using ''Autoruns''. Its not working. when i'm going to easy anticheat folder, there isn't easy anticheat.dll , and a can't launch easy anticheat setup.
