6: do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?

8: Have you tried using a public DNS to see if this resolve the issue?

i just tried clearing the game cache it still didn't work.
i even tried repairing the game and the problem i have now is that in legends select my game wont froze and even on the plane preparing to launch, but as soon as i land on the ground the game start lagging, character start flashing and the 4 symbols starts coming out....

@EzyHawk nothing work, i still got all the red symbols after i reset the router and trying out other DNS......................................
