Game Logic Processing Problem

i've been having this issue for weeks now, sometimes it happens once a day and sometimes it will keep doing it every 2-3 games, i've tried re-installing the game (im on steam), re-installed the anti cheat, verified my files, made sure all my drivers are updated, made sure the connection is fine. i honestly dont know what to do anymore and im close to just dropping the game, i can barely play with friends or by myself because of this.
once it happens, i wont be able to use my mouse to click anything, i have to force close and even then sometimes it refuses to close so then i have to restart my whole system. you can see why it would be frustrating having to restart your PC every 2-3 games just to play something.

if there is a fix please let me know, thank you.

    is there any update on this? ive just had to restart my pc twice after playing 3 games in the span of 40 minutes, like this is kinda ridiculous, ive stopped every other program running in the back other than steam and discord and it still breaks

    from what i've looked up it seems to be an apex side issue not us, the game fails to load post-game progress or stats correctly because something the game expects is null (missing/not defined). you can only mitigate it by Avoiding going into the post-match progression screen if you get it consistently (sometimes skipping it lets you get back to the lobby without crashing). Some players say that skipping viewing detailed stats can avoid triggering the bug. so yeah guess we'll just have to wait for a patch

    Gotcha! In some cases it's helpful to temporarily disable all background applications regardless, just as part of troubleshooting.

    It looks like this is something the team's aware of and looking into so that shouldn't be needed in this case, however. I don't have a timeframe available, but thanks for the patience in the meantime.

    the programs i have running in the background is just Discord, Nvidia, Voicemod for soundboards and OperaGx other than that i dont have anything else opened

    i only play ranked so i dont know about other modes, the error pops up after a game ends, either when connecting to another match or going back to the lobby, so after the stats.

    Hey Xplic1ty​,

    Thanks for the post and screenshot of that full error. Are you in a particular queue/mode when this happens? Is that something that pops up mid-game, or does this tend to pop up after a match when your stats are coming up?

    The steps you've already taken are typically pretty solid to try in similar situations, though as they don't seem to have helped much here we can absolutely pass along this error and make sure the team's aware this is occurring. 

    It may help to try making sure you don't have any unnecessary programs or processes running in the background as well just to rule out anything else interfering, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime.
