Gift card redeemed but no coins received

 I bought an apex legends giftcard on amazon and redeemed it,but it has not showed on my account yet and it has been over 24 hours already, what should I do?

Hello. Faced with this problem, I purchased in-game currency for the Apex Legends game through a trusted seller who sells electronic codes. Everything would be fine, but the code was activated already a day ago, and the accrual did not happen, and has not happened so far. After activation, the game was launched through EA, not through Steam or other linked platforms. I demand a trial in this matter, and not dry answers from the category "it has not been 24/48 hours since the code was used" or "the seller provided you with an invalid code." This is a problem solely on your part, because the issue of accrual is decided neither by players nor by persons who do not belong to the technical component of EA. The site, the time of purchase, the seller, the amount and all the necessary evidence are presented in the screenshots, if you need more, I will definitely attach it.

If it's been more than 24 hours as you mentioned and the coins still have not appeared on the account, you'll need to reach back out to the retailer.

We cannot assist if the code was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, as described more in our article here: Where to buy EA digital download games and virtual currency

Unfortunately it doesn't appear the site you used is a trusted retailer, so you'll need to get back in touch with them regarding the code you received.

Amazon said they aren't able to help with the code redeeming, because they are only the distributors. I still have proof that I bought the actual gift card, and they also don't do refunds on giftcards anymore. I have the code and the order details of the giftcard, will that be enough for them to credit my account? This is the first time where I have this much trouble redeeming giftcards on a game. I even bought another card to make sure, and it still didn't work. The card worked, saying that the card has been redeemed on the ea redemption page, but when I actually check the game it doesn't show the currency added, and it says the card has already been redeemed after trying to redeem the card again.

Hello, it's my first time writing a complaint so don't judge.

The issue is, I bough APEX Coins on Instant Gaming (due cheaper option) and APEX Coins were for EA Account but my EA Account is banned but it's linked to Steam and I can play APEX normaly without any issues, but for some reason my transaction won't come trough. When I went to redeem the code on EA Account it was all okey but I still didn't got them in my Steam account. 

Now I don't see why is that an issue since cross-proggresion is enabled and I did link both of them and enabled two-factor. All things add up and match each other and only thing missing is APEX Coins in my game.

Any further help would be nice!

About two weeks ago I used a redeem code but did not receive any Apex coins. I know my account information was correct. I only play on PC and logged in the game through EA and Steam

I purchased an apex coin card on Amazon and it says I redeemed it but I have tried on steam, ea, and origin and it doesn’t show up on any of them. So I don’t know what to do now.

I bought a $10 apex legends 1000 apex coin giftcard yesterday and redeemed it on the ea website. Now, more than 12 hours later I have no coins. I've launched the game multiple times on both steam and ea as well as on another pc. I've re-entered the code which didn't work and there's nothing else I can do. Please help
