0009537​ Actually, yes since I do not work for EA or for Respawn, (however I did report the issue already, I'm just asking additional questions to help move things along).

I don't use Steam. I just purchased and sent a gift in-game... We both use the PS5 platform. Is it difficult for you to deal with the missing gift?ㅜㅜ

0009537​ I forgot to ask, was this gift sent through the in-game gifting feature, or did you send it through a platform, (such as through Steam)?

If it was through a platform, (like Steam), the receiving player would need to launch the game through the platform it was sent through, otherwise if it was through the in-game gifting feature, the receiving player should had gotten the gift while playing on any platform that is linked to the same account that you had sent the gift to.

0009537​ Sounds like a bug for sure, however without knowing which year you sent the gift(s) in, (I'm assuming it was in 2025), who you sent the gift(s) to, and what gift(s) was sent, it may be difficult for EA/Respawn to pinpoint what went wrong.

That being said: 

• What year was the item(s) gifted to your friend(s)
• Who received the item(s)?
• What was gifted?
