Gifts wont unlock

I have completed turning on login verification. How long till i can send gifts ? I have reset my game and console multiple times already.

There are a few things to check, in order to be able to send a gift to someone else:

Make sure you have done the following:

have EA Login Verification turned on,

(The easiest way to check is here: ttps://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index (make sure the status is "on"))

be Level 10 or higher in Apex Legends,

have enough Apex Coins on your account for the gift,

add the person as a friend in-game, (Please verify you are in-game friends and not just friends on your platform)

be friends in-game for at least two weeks - platform friendships don’t count,

have sent no more than five gifts in the past 24 hours,

have an account in good standing.

i did all those steps and even i received the code of verification and did all the check list, still since last month that i activated the 2 step verification

I am also having a gifting issue. I don't believe that the issue is with any of your points mentioned. I have login verification turned on but when I go to gift an item it still says I need to turn it on. I thought maybe it was an issue with linking my steam and EA account. I tried that but it says I already linked the account and am unable to do so again. I have attached some photos to show you the issue I am having. The main reason I am bringing this up is due to the free Flatline skin you can get by gifting items. If the issue is not fixed in time is there another way to get the free Flatline skin?

Hi @EA_Illium do you happen to have something more than a copy/paste response? Lots of people are experiencing the same issue. I am experiencing this issue.
For example-
Verification is turned on and has been.
Account Level - 380 tier 2
Coins - 650 ( some gifts are free though)
Friends - I have been friends with these people in game for 2+ years
Gifts sent - 0 because it won't allow me to send gifts
Account is in good standing from what I can see.
So now that I have answered all your bullet points, what's your solution?

I have spent countless hours trying to fix this problem thinking it was me..
After the Inner Beasts event released I was told the issue was rectified... WRONG
How can I take part in the Break out Challenge when I CANT GIFT🤦🤦🤦🤦

Did you get an answer to this? Mine still doesn't work after weeks. EA, can we at least get the ability to chat with someone about this? One of the biggest unlocks of the season is tied to being able to gift. Please give us some help here.

Have had this issue since gifting was released, my account is in good standing and my login verification is/has been on before gifting. Very frustrating to try and get help in order to complete gifting challenges but get none and only have the same answeres that don't resolve anything. It's even more frustrating when reaching out to services like EAHelp only for no answeres
