gold coins in Apex

I have successfully paid for the gold coins on the EA platform, but I didnt receive it on steam when I logged in. Can you help me? thank you.

    So just to confirm, you bought the coins via the EA app? Have you started the game via the EA app as well? If not, can you do that for me and let me know if the coins arrive then?

    O thats really annoying, shall I download this game on EA again to do this, no other way? my downloading speed is as slow as snailllllllls Orz

    @Kettenkrado,

    If you've bought them via the app, then they should appear once you launch the game from there, yeah. There's nothing else I can really recommend. Hopefully it won't take you too long to get your coins.

    If you're having trouble getting through to our live support team, it might be worth trying to contact via a chat instead.

    Once you've selected your product and platform, try selecting "Manage account details" -> "Hacked account". This gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently. Just make sure to inform them that the issue is that you're missing Apex coins. Be sure to have proof of purchase on hand too:
