Got a problem with 500 boxes of heirlooms still not coming out..

There are 500 boxes of heirlooms that still haven't come out.
This question bothers me.
Did it reset because I recently switched STEAM? ?

I opened 500 boxes of heirlooms and didn't get any heirlooms
Problems found after changing steam
I changed it yesterday because I no longer have the verification method for that email.
The reason for my exchange was that my previous account lost the email verification method, and I wanted to increase funds to buy apex coins, so I had to exchange

I really wanted to buy from your summer sale, so I changed my steam account

Bought a total of 250 packs today, looking forward to the heirloom, but it didn't show up

The reason for the change is to be able to increase funds to buy heirlooms

I played continuously for 1 year to upgrade from level 10 to level 500

I don't want my efforts to lose

no one can help me
Boxes that I've opened before don't count?

Is there anyone who can provide some help thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hiya @IDDQD-GODS,

    If I'm correct, using another steam account would result in you playing on a different account.

    (I'm not sure about that, somebody please correct me if I'm wrong)

    So that would explain why you wouldn't have received your heirloom shards.

    You could unlink your EA account from your previous steam account, for that you have to contact EA through their ticketing system:

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Though do note that if you've bought packs on the new account that this progress won't transfer over to your older account.

    I switched my account to recharge apex coin (to get 500 heirlooms) The original steam account has been unverified, do you understand what I mean?

    Do you understand my mood? I recharged funds to buy apex coin to get an heirloom, but I didn't receive anything? .. It is far from my expectations..😢😢
