Got and email saying my account is banned. But nothing in Bad History.

Hi, I haven't play Apex in like 18 months. But yesterday I decided to reinstall it. (But didn't even open the game.) Today I received an email saying, We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s game...

Account bans aren't really something we can help with here on Answers HQ, I'm afraid. If you haven't already, please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can take a look at your account.

I know in some cases it can take some time for the ban to update on the website. If you don't see it right away, it may just take a bit for it to appear.

I too have been banned from Apex. I have never cheated at any game nor do I even know how. I haven't played the game in over year. Just installed it today and indeed, I am banned. The ban does not show up in my account and it's been a month since I got the email. The only think I can imagine is my account was hacked. I have since changed my password. If I am unable to resolve this issue I will be removing any and all EA related games off of my computer and never play them again. I'm quite happy with the other platforms I'm on now anyway.
