Got banned because I kill too much bot in a TDM match

I am playing on the Hong Kong server, I selected Mixtape, saw that TDM was currently active, I pressed "Ready" then the match started. And then I realized that the six players across from me were all bots, crouching, jumping and shooting every now, I did not want to get the abandonment penalty so started going around killing the bot, I got kicked out of the game when I got over 20 kills, Re-logged in and found that I was banned.

After that I collected information about the robot in TMD, Someone used a script to make these accounts hang up in the game to upgrade, and when these accounts reach level 50 they will be sold to cheats to play in ranked games, If these accounts open the heirloom in the box, it will sell for a good price.I never knew that something like this even exists, I always thought that when people mentioned bot lobbies they were actually talking about official bots, added to fill in for the lack of players or to make life easier for new players, like PUBG.

I then appealed the game ban, I told customer service what happened, TOS told me they did a full investigation of my account and confirmed it was involved in cheating. All three cases dismissed.

TOS has nothing to do with the bots in the game, but bans the players who kill them. How ridiculous！Your anti-cheats filter is flawed.

    @WhtCamy9 贴吧，b站，reddit，中外社区都有这种情况的帖子，但EA就当看不见，我也是没办法了

    只能重新起一个号了，最主要的是账号被封了之后解绑不了steam。我steam一直用了好久没有任何封禁记录，这个破封禁账号再我这个steam上绑定的感觉特别恶心。我们都知道ea很无能但是他这些处理方案将这个词进一步的体现出来了。这么多好游戏都是ea公司的，真是浪费了

    In terms of the ban @Kufidy, we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team can investigate those for you to see if the rules were broken or if the ban can be lifted. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
