I was hacked Oct 18-20 2025 and recovered my EA account on Oct 20. The next day my Apex Legends account was banned. The hacker also played on my PUBG account (18 kills 2000+ damage 6 wins) PUBG removed the ban and restored my items. I never cheated. Please review my case
dont bother, they will never unban u. I had exactly same case and they chose not to respond
I got the same situation been victim by some hacker that hack my account beside taking my steam money, this f hacker also hacks my apex which only the fps I have in steam zzz
When pros like ImperialHal and Mande got hacked by Destroyr2009 during ALGS they didn’t get banned But when a normal player like me gets hacked I lose everything I just want the same fair review
MrDubstupR5 Unfortunately, EA Account bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

hello sir i did appeal to them 4 time they refuss to invistigate my case and my brain cant accepet im 34 yo i cant seleep at night thinking that all this year on apex my acount level 1335 i have more then 5000 hour it tok me 5 year to see my first heirloom all gon
MrDubstupR5 Sorry, EA only allows players to appeal their ban up to 3 times.
If a player isn't unbanned by their third appeal, then that does mean that the ban will be upheld.
yeah same response, what a .... Fun fact, they banned last year ALGS championship QQ in couple weeks ago for no reason and only way he got unbanned is that he get in touch with an internal staff as a championship. Normal players like us.. I kept appealing in past 7 monthes and never received a proper response. And as my observe you and me are not only victem. Lots of innocent player like us do not get help.
