Got the cross progression prompt but nothing merged.

If your account was linked after the 26th of October, it will not receive the cross progression transfer. 

This was explained on our website: Note: to prevent exploitation, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.

Except for the fact that both my new account and old account are empty. I tried to transfer my Steam account to my old one instead since you said it should have transferred to my old one but now my account completely empty and I can't move any of my accounts anymore. I'm literally a Day 1 player and I just lost all my apex coins, battle passes, heirlooms, and exclusive skins and DLCs that I bought with real money. Now I'm stuck with my PSN account that should have all my progress on my new EA account which is stuck at a below rank level and my Steam account connected to my old EA account which got reset to the training level. Literally left with nothing after more than 4 years of grinding.

So if you moved your platform account from another account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account. 

My steam account for apex was made before October 26th but it still never merged everything is the same, they are still separate account when I did get the “cross progression is here!” Prompt on both my pc and PlayStation nothing merged
