@EA_Illium My mistake about not posting the Dx.Diag file before, sorted that with the last post, hopefully it's of some help towards solving this issue. Please get back to me if you have any progress on the issue or maybe a fix, thanks.

5 years ago@CB1000XX Hi, some other steps which have reportedly helped some (though unfortunately without a 100% hit rate are:
Nvidia Shader cache clear
Spoiler
1.) Install latest drivers - for this example these were NVidia drivers
2.) Disable Shader Cache in the NVidia control panel
3.) Hit apply
4.) Enable shader cache
5.) Hit apply
6.) Restart Computer

5.) Hit apply
6.) Restart Computer
