HELP! Banned from Apex and can't unlink Hacker's Steam, too many appeals

Ok so apparently I got banned from Apex Legends for "Cheating" last October on PC. The thing is, I only play Apex on Xbox so I never noticed this until now after I got a PC and wanted to play Apex on it. So the only explanation for this was that my account got hacked. So I tried to appeal my ban through EA Help. I think I gave pretty good evidence that there was no way that that was me playing at the time, however, it didn't seem to matter as they declined it both times. After the second time they told me "After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed." It wasn't until after this that I noticed that there was a random Steam account linked to my EA account that was definitely not mine. Sure enough, this account was connected to play Apex, so this was the hacker. Of course, I tried to unlink the account now that I saw it, but for some reason, I CAN'T because my account is banned from Apex. Not only am I not able to play Apex now, but some random guy is able to login to my EA account (that has like my information and stuff) through Steam. I also cannot appeal my ban anymore because I tried to appeal the ban twice already (the first time I didn't really provide any helpful info because I had no idea what I was banned for) and they "CONSIDER THIS MATTER CLOSED". Please Help.
