Help merging an Apex account on Xbox and PS

Hi, I currently have an Apex account on PlayStation and I have another one on Xbox. Both accounts are over level 100. Is there any way that I can merge these for consistent progress, no matter what console I play on?

Originally when I moved from my Xbox to my PlayStation, I tried logging in with the same details as my Xbox and it would not allow it. For reference, I usually log in by clicking the PlayStation or the Xbox button on the website.
