this is the trash answer i was given by your help team, after being told my accounts log in on a hotmail account, they cant tell me what the email is cos u know security, so who knows? not the actual owner of the account thats for sure. Ive tried changing passwords, but this is clearly a server side problem. ive not changed anything my end, and i do mean anything, and now it no longer works, for no apparent reason at all. Same invalid account issue, no answers after talking to help team, only more questions. like why are they telling me my accounts are logged in as a hotmail account, when i am litererally logged into ALL my accounts needed at this very moment as a gmail account. Ur account recovery form is more interested in what i spend money on, there are as many questions about buying habits as there are tech support questions... Classic EA...
If my account is invalid on Apex, why is it not invalid on Dirt 2.0? both use online features both are EA, if my account is invalid, and you cant trust me as the owner of the account why is it i can access payment details, email account data on this account? your security system is flawed.
So now i wait, i sent the form off to find this mysterious email account ive never owned, (maybe ive heard off, but u cant tell me so who knows) you also realise the 'Lost' email form also asks you for the email address u have lost... if i had that i would be over at outlook pestering them, not here for hours on ur janky website trying to find what ur company classes as 'help'
