I've had the same issue for about a week and ea hasn't done anything to help other than tell me to try changing my password which I have done
How did you log back in on the console?
Also having this issue. I trued resetting my password though and it didnt help. When you say, it took a bit, do you mean that it took a few different resets to finally get back in? If so that will give me hope lol
What if I used my psn to log into EA do I reset my psn password???

I tried this twice and it still doesn't work.
Community ManagerAre you saying you tried resetting your password? If so, are you absolutely sure you're resetting the password for the right account? If you're resetting the password for the account you're posting from, that appears to be the wrong one as Apex was never played on it.
