My Apex account has locked a character I have already unlocked and played many games with. MAD Maggie. I want to unlock her without spending more in game currency on it. I already paid it and played woth her. How do I get someone to help restore that?

Arc Raiders fixed and responded to a similar issue in less than 3 hours. It's been 4 days since this post and not even a response from the community let alone from the company. It's an issue about money too. What a concerning thing to see this just disappear in the wind vs being addressed immediately. It's a simple fix at that!
