How to link/use the same account for Apex Legends on Xbox and PC?

My question is, is it possible to game on PC and Xbox using the same EA account? So that stats are all on one account? So far I've ended up with two different sets of stats. Thanks Jonny

It says u can’t have cross progression between two different platforms, but how can you transfer from one PSN account to another PSN account or one Xbox account to another Xbox account
