I appealed with my whole heart, and what did I get in return? If I were guilty, I would have given up long ago.What keeps me appealing is the simple fact that I know I did nothing wrong. I know I didn’t. Yet you would rather punish an innocent player than take the time to investigate properly.But that’s not even the worst part. The worst part is that no one is willing to tell me anything about my account. All I receive are cold, empty replies.From shock, to frustration, at first, I thought you would resolve the issue quickly.After all, you are EA.But the longer I waited, the more disappointed I became.This is my account , something I invested my money, my time, and my effort into.And in return, this is how little respect is shown for what
I’ve built.Right now, all I feel is helplessness

Y1nhuashuxi0 Sorry, bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.
However, if you were told to "not expect anything further", (or something similar), then I'm afraid that there isn't anything that can be done about your ban as EA only allows players 3 chances to appeal their EA Account ban, (whereas, if a player isn't unbanned by their 3rd appeal, their ban remains upheld).
