I bought a computer with HWID ban!

Hi guys!
I have a problem too with my account.
I got banned too.
So everybody to understand my story I have to tell everything.
Like almost 2 months ago I bought my computer from my roommate, because my old computer wasn't good enough for Apex.
He sold the computer because he need the money to move with his girlfriend.
On my fist account I got banned for cheating. I didn't understand why, so I talk with EA and they said they will investigate my case after a couple of days they told me this.

"We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement.
We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.
Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account."
It happens the same with my second account I explain them everything.
I'm really happy they take action like this to cheaters, but what is happening when you buy a computer from someone who was cheating and you didn't know.
Now I can't play because my roommate was hwid banned and I didn't know that, probably this why he sell his computer. I did ask him about this and of course he denied everything.
I don't know what to do, with who should I speak?
Can someone give me some advice please.

We can't really help you with banned account issue's here on AHQ
You will need to talk to the ToS team and try to explain what you think happened.
EA - Contact Terms of Service Team

Note that macros, scripts and other programs that can interfere with the game and or Easy Anti Cheat can be picked up.

Change Graphic card, hard drive, motherboard or CPU
the hwban is based on several hardware parts
however you might get banned again if you use the same OS with the Cheats.
So you better format first and install windows on a clean Harddrive

I don't want to buy new stuff to change my pc.
To be honest I didn't reinstal the windows since I bought the pc from him.

Not trying to be a d@@k, but how can you say "we" when @KuchenBear just gave him some suggestions? It's also a forum for people to help each other out, not just to sought out EA staff or Champions and expect a generic reply with a link.

It was a good suggestion and I maybe misphrased my reply.😳
If a account gets banned the best thing is to reach out to the Terms of service team to explain the situation.
They review the case and may or may not lift the ban.

I did spoke with them and every time they give me the same answers. Feels like a robot answer. I don't know what to tell them more how to prove them I'm innocent.
Even I send them a bank the statement when I bought the computer. I really don't understand. There has to be a way to do something.

@NYork108 Just do a format clean install of Windows. If it doesn't work then try to sell the computer to a non gamer. It's the right thing to do.
You could try to buy cheap used parts hard drive,graphics card,cpu,motherboard but if you are unlucky and buy all of them then in the end it might cost you even more than the price you paid to get it from your roommate and i guess you bought it cheap.

Man i have almost the similar issue with you by the way how are your apex right now still playable or you just move on from that game. Since the issue u posted havd quite bein sometime now
