I can't get into the game

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you again regarding my account problem that I have been facing for 5 days. I have contacted customer service several times but it is still not resolved. The new season has already started and I don’t want to miss out on the fun. Here is the problem I encountered in detail. My account cannot enter any game mode after entering the game lobby. I can only enter the tutorial mode. In any other mode, I am always in the matchmaking queue. This problem has been there for 5 days and I have been trying to enter the game. I am now level 100, not a novice. Why can I only play the tutorial mode? I am sure it is not my computer or network problem. I can play normally with my friend’s account on my computer. I usually use steam, and I also tried on the ea app and it didn’t work. I don’t know if this is a bug or some other problem. I just want to be able to play normally.
