Hey yuu125800,

If you're no longer able to access your account email address, the only options would be reaching out to the email provider directly (not possible in this case if they're not in service), or verifying enough other information about the account so our support team can update it for you directly.

There are no separate paths to have that changed aside from working with the support team, so you'd need to either create a new case or resume a previous case to go through that recovery process again with another advisor.
