It sounds like you may have been hacked.
First you will need to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
After you have done that enable 2 factor ID to enhance account security.
After that you will have to then submit an appeal to the ToS team to hopfully get the sanction lifted.

I secured everything after got that e-mail. and then submitted those disputes. and no solution ☹️

Try contacting an advisor/live chat via EA Help EA Help: Official Support
Make sure you have as much info regarding the potential hack and how you re-secured the account etc.
