I got hacked and banned,waited for a month,still haven't solve

I have waited for the TOS team from feb22 to now(Mar18), almost a month, how long can I have my answer?

First of all,I got banned by a hacker logging in my account using simplified Chinese and used hack got my account banned.
I'm from Hong Kong and I use traditional Chinese like,but what I circle in the picture is 排位赛联盟(which is simplified Chinese), though my language should be like this: 排位賽聯盟(traditional Chinese).
Also, it is using my origin name (scourgesans) . However, before I got banned,I only used steam to play so my name should be Scourge_sans , not the one without _

I wrote it all about to the report but after almost a month, still got no new messages and instead closing the cases says I got false banned because I opened few cases, they closed the one which it says my apex account got hacked and banned.

I hope to know if it is normal for the TOS team that needs a month to solve it.
