I got my account back after 2 years and there is a ban
Hello, after 2 years I got my account back from the support, which I lost for no reason from the email I guess because of inactivity I guess, There is a ban on the account for something I don't know what, of course it's not my fault if my account was stolen, you can easily trace it by the IP address where the account was everywhere, I would like to ask you if it could be cancelled. I am the true founder of this account and I put a lot of money into it and I don't want to lose it because someone stole it from my email without me knowing about it. It's not fair to me please be lenient.
