I got penalized from your buggy game

I was trying play a ranked match with my friend and all of sudden it bluescreens me the only game that bluescreens me is apex legends. Now I got a 4 hour penalty from apex none of your steps work the game was fine from season 1 to 3 season 4 is a console buggy mess
