I had a ridiculous incident while inquiring about an unfair suspension account.

I've made inquiries about the suspension for 3 months so far and my inquiries have been over 80.

I was inquiring in the chat room again today, and the response from the person in charge was amazing.

The final decision has already been made on the account, but I don't know why they keep making inquiries

Reply that no matter what new information and inquiries you bring, the final decision has already been made and will be ignored by TOS

And lastly, when I asked him what I could do, he asked me to create a new account[Laughing]

It's an amazing experience.
When I inquired about the suspension of my account through BBB and the state agency, I didn't even answer.

Are you deceiving the user? I had a rank reset bug 3 times when I played my suspended account.

There's no word or reward for that, and the tournament is played as 2 people because the server exploded and I don't know what the hell this is about.

    Note that account issues are not dealt with here on AHQ as this is a community forum.

    Also do keep in mind that the TOS team does not have to release any information of your ban (as far I'm aware) as some of this information can be considered sensitive to their security operations.

    Once they say that their decision is final then it's usually a permanent decision, nothing can really be done to change that fact.

    Creating over 80 tickets is overkill in my opinion, usually they tell people to stop submitting tickets after 5 or 10 tickets as far I'm aware, I don't think you personally made the best judgement here.

    From what I've heard, it's likely that your account will stay banned.

    We cannot help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. If you have already submitted 3 disputes and ToS has not overturned the ban, it will need to stay in place. More information can be found here. I am now locking this thread since we cannot do anything about it.
