I have not received spark bonus from 5 opened event packs
My friends have opened the same packs from the new event and received the spark bonus, however i did not. Does anyone have any idea what could the issue be?

@sxyvi I think its because event packs don't count towards the total.
Same thing. I have opened 5 packs from battlepass. They were marked as suitable for spark bonus. I have a video, I have written to customer support, but they decided to send me to answers.ea.com.
Pretty sure no one will help me here too. This why this game is hated by its players.- @Glavvracz by the way, the didn't even open the youtube Iink send. Still 0 views xD
