i lost the email of this account so i cant log in anymore

like the title says, i am unable to log into apex since my email has been deleted long ago (it was the email of an old school, not the smartest move). ive somehow logged into the account on this platform but i cant log into the ea site bc of email verification. anyone know what i can do? it used to be my old xbox account

Hey Ollebbolky,

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

If you create a new case here, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look. They'll need to verify some other details about the account so we aren't able to make those changes here on the forums, but they should be able to help update the account.

Hey there, banks keep records of old card data. You can simply go to your bank and access those card numebrs or request them for 2 step verification reasons. Without that data showing you are the true owner of the account capable of accessing that information i dontt think much can be done for you. You will need to obtain those numbers to prove your the true owner of the account. Only the owner can obtain the details being asked of. I suggest visiting the bank you had your card with.

I am running into the same exact issue but I dont remember the details they are asking of me and they are VERY specific i.e credit card numbers, invoice history, and more. I gave them by date of birth, IP address, billing address and more but they couldn't help me...this is urgent. I need to have the email address updated to an active account so I can log in. I have spent $5,000+ on Apex Legends and unable to log in and its becoming frustrating.
