I purchased all 24 Killed in Action Supply Boxes, but wrong rewards

I participated in the Horizon Loot Pack collection event after the update for the second half of Season 23. I purchased all 24 Killed in Action Supply Boxes, but I did not collect all the event items. There are still items in the prize pool that I have not collected. This phenomenon violates the event rules. The screenshot I uploaded shows the event rules (in Chinese) and my current status where I have purchased all the boxes, but there are still designated event items in the prize pool that I have not obtained. I hope Apex officials can return the items that belong to me.
