I still lost all my progression and levels

Further information is that I retained all my skins and apex coins but not my level and the important part is that I don't received any level up reward so I don't received any lootboxes when I tried to level back up

Now I am level 19 but haven't got any lootbox from leveling up but yea I still play it because of my friends :(

I'm afraid we would no longer be able to manually assist with progress that was lost that long ago, but I did want to check and be sure this wasn't related to some other situation.

Just to be sure, are you able to grab a screenshot of your lobby showing your account level? I just want to make sure the account hasn't just hit 500 and switched over to the next set of badges, which could make this 519 rather than just level 19.

Aside from that however, the main thing to keep in mind would be that unlinking a platform from your EA account can result in lost progress, including issues leveling or receiving items. If you had previously unlinked your Steam for example, re-linking the account would be the only way to try restoring any missing content. 

If anything was still missing after that point it wouldn't be something that can be recovered unfortunately.

I don't have any screenshots but only the play time on EAplay. However, I am certain that I haven't reach level 100 yet. I do have a confirmation that I did play along time ago not just to troll or beg for something I don't have. Their are no pass information however every item that I got stays like the 12th season charms

I don't have a level100 charm. I remember faintly that I did almost hit it but never got back to playing at the time

Main thing is that I do not get the reward when leveling up(lootbox and apex legend token). So I can't buy more legends to play. Which is sad to be fair.

Wonder If you can help with anything. 

I think the level is around 80-90 so if you can bump it back to somewhere around there I am happy and ok to try leveling it up to see if I get the leveling up reward

I think I lost it around this time when their is the big issues that happen

Thanks for this screenshot dogz0n, that account level is exactly what I was hoping to check.

As that is showing level 20 and not a Tier 2 Level 20 situation, unfortunately this looks like it would be tied to the issue you've pointed out from a while back, or the account being unlinked (or both). It does look like your Steam account was unlinked just around the time of that incident as well.

Any time that happens there's a chance for the account progress to be lost. I'm afraid we cannot just add levels or otherwise restore anything that wasn't returned once the account was re-linked, sorry.
