I was playing apex and just started playing the game and i was using an Xbox elite remote. I couldn't get a kill in the game so apex banned me for cheating. I don't know why. I banned for being bad at the game does this game hate new players.

Unfortunately we're not able to look into bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute, you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They can take a look into it for you.
Sometimes the system flags players unfairly. If you haven’t used cheats, try appealing through support. Also, check for any software running in the background that could trigger a false ban.
