I was banned from practicing on the training ground

Good day!
Sorry for using a translator
I got banned today on 22.08.06 at 18:20 while practicing jitter aim while playing a game with a friend on the training ground
I never cheated and never used mouse macros my processes are only discord and apex legends my playtime is over 1500 hours
I paid a lot and it's a very affectionate game, but it's very unfair that it was banned for no reason. What is my fault? Is it wrong to practice jitter aim? tell me my fault

    I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned but our Terms of Service team can take a look for you if you think there's been a mistake. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team.
