IF SOMEONE IS CURIOUS HOW I FIXED MY FPS

I fixed my frames a few days ago by changing Windows 7 -> 10 1903. Windows 10 is not a gaming system ( no constat frames, no more real fullscreen, full of useless apps and i cant change settings in nvidia to reduce input lag ), but at least if you install newer windows you can play, so i will stay there for a while.

Downloaded .iso image ( x64 ) from Microsoft official site ( Windows 10 May 2019 Update ). You can actually download this without Media Creation Tool, so if you have a chrome browser click F12 to open developer window, then Ctrl+Shift+M ( mobile view ) and refresh page.

After installation i had problem with opening apps ( explorer.exe " Class not registered " ) :

Later after fix i installed chrome browser, changed some basic settings in control panel, like performance in power options, disabled mouse acceleration etc. and installed Nvidia driver ( 436.15 ) DCH version, because i was not able to install standard. Then i downloaded Origin and Apex Legends to test it with default settings and my frames was normal, later i added msi mode to gpu, unparked my cpu cores and other registry tweaks, changed nvidia settings, disabled hybrid fullscreen ( still its not a real, but feels better ) and many other things to have better performance, but my frames was still normal.

EDIT :

On new map is many more objects to render, so if you have lower frames dont panic, everything is probably fine ( probably ), because i lost like 40 fps, it depends.

@ERROR_WRONG_ID I already did a clean install using the same link. It does not work for me. I already gave up.

@m0NEYof Have you tried running game without anti-cheat ( for the test ) or deleting eac files from folder, then repair game through origin. If i remember good, someone here on forum upgraded windows without effect, until he deleted anti-cheat related files and repaired game to download them again.

@ERROR_WRONG_ID How do I run without anti-cheat? I didn't even know it was possible. And yes, I deleted the EAC folders and noticed the game several times and in various scenarios. Does not work ☹️

@m0NEYof Check your inbox, but you cant play without anti-cheat, even be in training mode for a long time, because they have checks and you will be disconnected. This is just to see if your frames per second will be normal.

Do you see any improve in FPS after reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat? We've seen it work for some but it's not guaranteed to work for all. The team is aware of these FPS drop reports we've been sending them and it's still under investigation.

FPS issues still remains.
I'll spent my last shot on trying to reinstall my O.S. but I have no hope anymore for fixing it.
Funny fact: on Trainning lobby fps is about 60 constant on ultra.

I was able to fix (or band-aid) my FPS lag issue. For context, I used to run a GTX 970 on a Z97-WS with an i7-4790K. Ever since 9/19, my ingame FPS would drop to 34-50 fps intermittently in game. Drop ship or not, but particularly on the ground. There was no pattern or anything I can attribute to it, since it would just happen erradically.

I have since upgraded the GTX 970 to a 1070 TI SC thinking it was my GPU that was not able to handle the game anymore. Upgraded the GPU on Sunday, but still having the same issue.

Yesterday, new NVIDIA drivers updated (436.48) as well as the Season 3 update for Apex, so I'm not sure if any or either of those 2 things helped, but I also did something else.

I clocked my CPU back to stock and disabled XMP for my RAM thru my BIOS. I also uninstalled all ASUS programs running on my PC.

The massive FPS lag is no longer plaguing my game every few minutes anymore. I can still VISUALLY see some lag, but its not game breaking to the point where I can't track my enemies or move my view left/right/up/down without it behaving in a slow-mode way.

Anyhow, that's my experience at least. I have little faith in NVIDIA or Origin/Respawn/EA in having included a fix in the latest software update, so I'm attributing it to me setting my CPU back to stock speeds. Overclocking my CPU isn't a huge deal for me anyways.

@ERROR_WRONG_ID but in this folder there is already EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe, should I delete it and rename r5apex to EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe?

@EA_Blueberry I uninstalled easyAntiCheat using the setup in _Installer / customcomponent in the apex folder. When I opened the game, he asked to reinstall, reinstalled and nothing changed. 30 fps, unplayable.
