@ERROR_WRONG_ID I already did a clean install using the same link. It does not work for me. I already gave up.

try updating windows from windows update my came with some extra frame works and other stuff maby thats whats fixing the game. press start type windows update click windows update and settings and in the top of menu that opens click check for updates and let it run(takes 1.50 to 2 h)
