Im trying redeem my Apex coin card from walmart not working?

Hi I bought a Apex coin card at Walmart and when trying to redeem it, it says card code invalid. I have never used it, how can I get my coins. I need help I don't want my money to go to waste.

    When you've got a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. 

    If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook, as well.
