I'm worried that I won't be able to recover my rewards after the season updates.

I just purchased the Battle Pass Ultimate. The game shows that it's unlocked, but I haven't received the items in my account.

  • Galvan1c​ If you bought the Battle Pass from the Apex Legends Official Store, you must log into the game through the EA App in order to activate the Battle Pass across all your connected platforms.

    If you had bought the Battle Pass on/from the EA App, Steam, Epic, etc., you must log into the game through the platform the Battle Pass was purchased on in order to activate the Battle Pass across all your connected platforms.

    I’ve unlocked the Battle Pass for Part 1 before the update, but the system did not distribute my items. The game showed the normal reward distribution interface, but I never actually received the items. I initially thought it was just a usual delivery delay, but I still haven’t received them yet.
