From the DxDiag you attached it looks like you're using VoiceMeeter on your PC. Have you checked there to see if there might be any audio balance settings that could be affecting the sound in Apex Legends?

Gotcha.
When you have a chance could you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If this is happening because of something else running on the PC that may help get around it.For more info on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you can. that did not fix anything in fact it completly removed all sound in game and movies / videos on youtube netflix etc

It sounds like there might be an issue with your audio drivers if that's the case. I ran into something similar a couple months ago. I had to reinstall my audio drivers to get my sound working again.
Can you give that a shot and see if it helps at all? You can find more info on how to reinstall them over at the Microsoft Support website. Let me know how it goes when you can./Kent
