I had already gotten cross progression rollout to my account during the first 2 waves of it being introduced. However, just now 4/2/2024 10:05 AM i reopened my game because of the new ranked split, just to see another cross progression message on my screen. Naturally, i clicked continue as that was my only option. Come to find out, my battle pass purchase from the beginning of the season was deleted, all of my season progress was gone, but my ranked reset was as it should be in platinum 2. I ask that i have my battle pass returned and my 500 apex coins saved from battle pass rewards given to my account. After looking into my account more thoroughly, i also lost skins i had purchased, specifically gilded radiance on conduit, my 4k damage badge on conduit, and my season 19 master rewards
im having the exact same issue at the moment, all progress i've made the first split of the season is gone including purchases.
