Hi so I recently have had some problems with my crossprogression on steam it worked for like 2-3 months just fine and now i have lost all that progress and money that I spent on your battlepass any way you can help me get that back, i was around lvl 180 after the first lvl 500, i have lost 200 apex coins, loot from the new collection event and a purchased lvl 110 battlepass and more.
