Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I already got cross progression a few months ago on EA App, I've started playing on steam for about a month now and I've just received cross progression again today? I legit went back and lost 70+ levels, my 89 battle pass levels, all my event progress and treasure packs, wtf? And ofc the website is lagging out and keeps having issues so I cant open a case :/
