Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I've had my EA and Xbox accounts linked for a while now. I was level 201 on my PC just 15 minutes ago. I had grinded the game for the last 3 days, got from level 185 to 201, and my battle pass was level 50. I closed and reopened my game to update and it says: "Cross progression is here" and "We will give you your highest level out of your accounts". It then showed level 185 so I closed the game and reopened it to see if it would go away, no, it reset me to level 185 and completely reset my battle pass level to 1. Basically my account was set back to where it was a week ago. Wtf, how do I fix? Also I have proof because I took a screenshot of me using Ballistic in a match, whereas now I no longer have ballistic.
