@EA_Mako Hey Mako, It's been a while since I first checked in about getting my account restored. I just wanted to check in again. I have three missing ranked badges that I spent hundreds of hours on combined. 1 Master, 1 Plat and 1 Diamond. specifically season 16 plat, 17 master, 18 diamond. I have image proof for the master and plat badges. I would really love if I could be put on a. case by case basis to get my badges back because apex is a game I am extremely dedicated to and it just sucks that they just weren't there and haven't been there for this many seasons. I really hope you can help.

I am at HabeasCorpus229 on all platforms. I have not unlinked a single account since this features release.

Hi @Theyeetgizzard,

Some badges from Apex Legends’ earlier seasons previously earned on a non-primary account (an account that wasn’t the highest level at the time of Cross Progression) may not have been merged into the new Cross Progression enabled account which will be used going forward.

If these badges can be earned again through future gameplay, that is the only way to reacquire these badges.

For badges that cannot be obtained again due to their nature - e.g. a badge awarded for completing a former season’s Battle Pass or achieving a particular rank in an old season - Respawn continues to investigate returning these badges to affected users in the future, but we are not able to manually grant these on a case by case basis, sorry.
